Move out of survival and into embodied safety & connection

Somatic, trauma-informed support for those healing from childhood trauma, relational or narcissistic abuse

If you feel stuck in anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection, even when things seem “fine”, this work helps you reconnect with your body and create lasting change.

Trauma can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change, no matter how much you understand them.

If you’ve tried talking about things but still feel stuck, this approach may offer something different. Trauma isn’t just something you can think your way out of. I help you understand what’s happening in your nervous system and gently support you in finding a sense of safety, calm, and control again.

As an Integrative Trauma Therapist, Brainspotting Practitioner, and Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, I’m dedicated to healing trauma at a deep, nervous system level. This work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by working directly with the body and nervous system, where trauma is stored.

This work is for you if you:

  • You feel either overwhelmed or shut down and want to feel like yourself again

  • Want to shift from a constant state of fight, flight, and freeze to grounded and connected.

  • Want to address shame, guilt, anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional eating, self-sabotage, sleeping problems, psychosomatic symptoms

  • Want to get to know and befriend your nervous system to stop living on auto-pilot

  • Wish to build mental capacity and gain the necessary skill set for titrated trauma release

  • You’re willing to overcome anxiety, burnout, and psychosomatic symptoms by addressing the root cause: your nervous system. Empower your life with lasting healing and resilience.

  • Want to flex, retrain and rewire your nervous system with the power of neuroplasticity

  • Wish to learn to build safe connections and claim the life you truly deserve

It’s not “all in your head”

Trauma doesn’t just affect how you think; it affects how you feel, respond, and live in your body.

The mind

Are you carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?

Are you still feeling stuck after having tried everything? *daily affirmations are not enough

Are you that one child in the family that never quite “fit in”?

Were you raised in a turbulent home or have been diagnosed with C-PTSD?

Do you often feel “not good enough” or “not worthy”?

Are you a people-pleaser and prioritise the needs of others?

Do you struggle with boundaries and relationships that drain you?

Do you often feel shame or fear of judgment and rejection from others?

And the body

Do you regularly experience inexplicable symptoms?

Such as sleep problems, anxiety, and panic “for no apparent reason”?

Feeling heaviness in the chest, brain fog, lack of focus?

Also nausea, IBS, migraines?

Are you struggling with chronic fatigue and weight gain?

Also emotional eating, chronic pain, breathing problems, hypervigilance?

Do you have random body pains, even when your doctor insists you're okay?

Also short-term memory loss, losing track of time?

Why work with me?

Healing trauma isn’t just about understanding what happened; it’s about feeling safe enough in your body for real change to happen. My approach is gentle, body-based, and designed to support deep, lasting transformation. Not just short-term coping.

Nervous system-based approach
We work with your body, not just your thoughts. This allows for deeper, more lasting change.
Gentle, not overwhelming
You won’t be pushed to relive or reprocess trauma before you’re ready. Everything is paced in a way that feels safe, supported, and manageable.
Beyond coping strategies
This work isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about shifting the underlying patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode.
Tailored to you
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Our work is guided by your nervous system, your pace, and what feels right for you.
Animals are family
As a full-time animal lover, I provide help with pet-related topics
Performance trauma coaching
I work with artists, actors, athletes and musicians to help them overcome their mental blocks and improve their performance
From survial to real change
As your nervous system becomes more regulated, you may begin to feel calmer, more connected, and more able to respond to life rather than react to it.
