I’m an accredited Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, Brainspotting practitioner and Narcissistic Abuse Specialist™

Healing is an intentional and deeply personal journey

I believe that each of us is unique, on a biological, psychological, cognitive and spiritual level, so there is no silver bullet for healing. I’ve studied and I keep studying some of the most advanced, cutting-edge healing methods, tools and modalities and I still don’t believe there is such a thing as a be-all-end-all path to healing.

How does that reflect on the way I approach my work?

My intention is to offer high-level support to those who choose to work with me. To achieve this I integrate a variety of neuroscience-based, cognitive and somatic healing methods, with a holistic approach and my own brand of, hands-on coaching and therapy.

Why I’m here today

Wherever you are in your healing journey, chances are I’ve been there too. After many years of frustration with therapy that didn’t help acknowledge and address my Complex-PTSD (CPTSD), I ended up feeling shame, I felt isolated and desperate, convinced that “I’m always gonna be that way”. Piling up negative life experiences without having the answers I needed, a trustworthy pathway to healing, or someone specialised to support me, I ended up with a major health & mental breakdown, adrenal fatigue, hormonal chaos, memory loss, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, depression, weight gain etc.

The bad news: healing takes time. The good news: your work keeps paying off forever

I decided to take healing into my own hands, do the research, get the education, look into the mirror and face the good, the bad and the ugly. Was it pretty? No. Will it ever end? No. There’s always a new layer to explore, a new challenge, something you hadn’t noticed before.

Why is this a good thing?

We’re meant to evolve and improve as human beings and some of us, in the effort to lift ourselves up to explore our full potential, like to share our knowledge and lift others up too. This is my mission.

Going through trauma coaching and therapy myself, while taking care of my physical health on a granular level, I started finding real answers and solutions, my brain, thought processes and body sensations started to change, so I knew I was on the right track.

Fast forward to today

As I keep learning, studying, practising and staying on top of developing science and research on complex trauma, I show up daily to help others heal and claim an abundant life of meaning and purpose.
